Booking & cancellation terms

1. Booking

With your booking, a rental contract for the chosen accommodation is concluded between you and Thomas und Kristina Franzen GbR. The details stated at the time of booking (period, number of guests, price) apply. The minimum stay is 2 nights. For longer stays, long-term or contractor rentals, please contact us via our contact form or by email.

2. Prices & payment

The prices shown at the time of booking apply. We share the payment details with you when you book.

3. Cancellation

The following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation fees by time before arrival

Time before arrival	Fee
Up to 30 days before arrival	free of charge
From 29 days before arrival	30 % of the total price
From 7 days before arrival	75 % of the total price
On the arrival day	100 % of the total price

4. House rules

Our house rules apply and can be viewed as a PDF. Please read them before arrival.

5. Dogs

At the Am Pannofen holiday house, dogs are welcome by arrangement and on proof of dog liability insurance. Dogs are not permitted in the Friedrich-Spee apartments.
