Is bed linen included?
Yes. Bed linen, duvet covers and towels are included — you don’t need to bring your own.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, every apartment has free Wi-Fi for all your devices. Please note the rules of use in our house rules.
Are dogs allowed?
At the Am Pannofen holiday house dogs are generally welcome — provided you can show proof of dog liability insurance. Dogs are not permitted in the Friedrich-Spee apartments.
Where do I park?
A free, reserved parking space is right in front of the door. Free parking for additional vehicles is available nearby.
Can I charge my e-bike?
At the Friedrich-Spee apartments there is a charging point for e-bikes and a secured bay inside the garage right by the house.
Can I use the sauna?
The Friedrich-Spee ground-floor apartment has a private spa area with a Finnish sauna — it is currently still being finished and not yet usable. Please ask us about the current status when you book.
How can I cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. After that, staggered fees apply (30 % from 29 days, 75 % from 7 days, 100 % on the arrival day). See our booking terms for the full overview.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes, every apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and more.
Is there a travel cot for toddlers?
In all of our apartments we can provide a travel cot and a high chair for babies and toddlers on request.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Because you book directly with us, we agree the exact arrival and departure times with you personally. Just get in touch.
How do I pay?
We share the payment details with you when you book. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help in person.
Are the apartments suitable for longer stays or contractor accommodation?
Yes. For longer stays a washing machine and clothes airer are available. Please send us enquiries about long-term or contractor rentals via our contact form or by email — we will discuss the terms with you personally.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
